Just come back from a run so missed that ... I believe the expression is 'Boom PB smashed' another, correct me if I'm wrong 'deuces bitches, PB in your face' ... or am I getting carried away :lol:

Good day in slightly less than ideal conditions. Swim was cracking - choppy on way out, bit of wind assist on the return. Long t1 as I pissed about with socks and gillet, but glad for it later on.
Bike was very technical, lots of manhole covers (sorry Ian), very busy. Did go for it quite hard, lots of accellerating/decellerating. Might be a touch short.
Run - has to be short, there is no way I'm a 38min 10k runner at the moment. Like to check my splits to see how I paced it.
Happy with my time though - given the weather I thought I did a bang up good job.
