Dave is a definite for this. I have sign off. REPEAT... I have sign off.

Over and out.

*edit*

I have entered the 100km non-stop as a placeholder. Team name BCTTT :D

Awesome stuff Dave. Now I'm going to seriously have to look into this. I should be recovered from this years shenanigans by then!

Should just add, my back up plan is a couple of work colleagues have signed up for the 50km/50km option. I'm not sure what would be worse though. 100km non-stop or doing 50km, then getting up the next day and doing another 50!

To be honest, I think 100 straight through seems easier(???)

Been off the radar for one reason and another over the past coupla months. Work/life balance in a bit of a mess but gaining some orderliness and starting to feel human again.

So, race to the stones this weekend. F##############K!

Undertrained, achillees strain, tight hip flexor, weather looking hot and humid, but itching to get going really.

And on a positive note, there won't be any boats to contend with. Well, unless you fall in The Thames! Good luck!

15hr 17mins. Toughest thing I've ever done. Hot, wet humid, muddy, sunny, lightning, hailstorms, rain, finishing in the dark on muddy rutted trail that sapped every last bit of humour out of me.

Got the medal :D
