Ah Corona. Just make sure you don't get any of the lime juice in that wound.

Speedy recovery!

Right knee is not good though....

Have you had it seen to? Are you off training?

The bursar in my right knee is never really happy, but smashing it into a rock seems to have upset it even more. Even more than the Bomber is about me spending more time MTBing than on it. The girl at the shop yesterday asked if I'd been in a fight with a mountain lion

So - I'm using the tried and tested elite coaching method of pain killers, looking at my knee with a frown, not trained yesterday but backed up with a two hour road ride with Rachel Atherton this afternoon.

I have to say, there's a thick layer of mist over us at the beach house. Not good, Danny McKaskill is supposed to be coming here on Monday, I might have to relocate back to Arizona at this rate...

a spot of fog ruining the outlook is it? i'm guessing that where you are isn't a slushy, salt and grit strewn wasteland of abandoned cars and closed schools?

Yes the morning mist did almost ruin the day, but it burnt off into a glorious sunshine and we spent the day at Oakley Global HQ.

So disaster averted. Phew.

sounds like a close shave there, you nearly missed out on a chance to top up the tan.

another 3in of snow in wilts overnight, and it's still coming down here now. not sure when we'll see sun here again so oakley's are probably of little use.
