Re: Running today

I've been running mostly on the compacted snow. Around where I live hasn't been gritted... well ever so its very slippy at first but once I can get to the compacted snow then its fine. I've been out on the roads running but I'm not keen on that as its hard enough for drivers at the mom.

I never thought I'd say this but I'm longing for some rain... just a little mind.

It is not the 2 mile walk to the car that I find unusual, more the point that there is a car in Wales, probably surrounded by people pointing at it ;)

I managed a lovely 7 miler through some local woods. Snow was deep so great workout. Just watching the cross country on the BBC and wondering if I was overdressed this morning
