This week I have been mostly...

...eating Brussel sprouts

Aside from sprout eating, I've managed to watch a few documentaries on Amazon Prime Video*

Finding Traction - Ultra trail running
The Ultimate Triathlon - As it says
Iron Cowboy - 50 Ironman distances in 50 days in 50 States
Eat. Race. Win - Inside the Australian team at Le Tour and focuses on the catering. Very interesting
Breaking 60 - nothing to do with Jack's age ;) - Another ultra trail running documentary. No prizes, medals or goodie bags for finishing the race
The Hammer - RAAM
Heart: Flatline to Finish Line - Cardiac recovery patients do Ironman
The Barkley Marathons: The Race that Eats its Young - I've still to watch this but it looks good

Apache Warrior - If you like helicopters with guns and rockets, in combat with cockpit footage and video feeds, over a desert...

Excellent motivation Kev.
With the Tri season drawing to an end, the Duathlon season is now dawning, strike now whilst the iron is hot.

And to increase the motivation, try this.

Just started watching, Eat, ace, win, as you say interesting and a nice viewpo Not from the chef and how it differs from the Sky viewpoint of carbs, protein etc, to let them eat something that is good, nutritious and part of the environment they race in.

Watched the Iron Cowboy. When he first came out with the idea, I thought he was just a publicist, and didn't bother to read or follow his journey, so wasn't quite aware of the controversy he created, for the first ten minutes of the documentary I thought, great, a look at the effects on the body etc, then it went downhill fast, and the whole fiasco was a proverbial sh3tshow. Resulting in me still thinking he is a self centered publicist, trying to garner favour from the public with poorly executed ideas. I just felt sorry for his sponsors and anyone else sucked into his world.
