Slight improvement to my second 10mi time. Rubbish build up, but SB power so reasonably pleased.

Extensive mandering... a broken vector pod... 3hours sleep... virtually zero training for the last 3weeks... 50miles... 2:04:51... c.6minute pb...

There might be more sense in Ben's latent fitness training plan than I'd thought.

28.16mph, as it stands. Happy with that, although maybe one or two chances for improvement (or possibly none).

Looking at the spreadsheet, has anyone other than CCS & I completed the FuBAR? I think Si's done 10s and at least one 25? Jody? Any 25s from Ade?

Hoping to see some more club members and forumites TTing next year, especially after Clare's inspirational ride yesterday. Any sport that's basically pennies to enter and has cake at the end is worth considering :)

Lots of rumours about various Scottish clubs wanting to affiliate to CTT.

Ian shared a post on ttf . The way it's set up means you have to join a club and race there serried. Rather than racing a number of events including a series

I enjoyed this:

It's a really great blog anyway (although normally nothing to do with cycling) but this is the story of the author riding a 10.
