For HIM:
Swim - 1 loop. lake temp will be approx. 17 deg (wetsuit). Lovely clear water. You will overtake as Poles can't sight (verified empirically)
Bike - 4 loops. Closed roads. Super smooth asphalt surface. Fast. 1st half of loop feels uphill, 2nd downhill. A couple of km short I'd say. You will be overtaken as the shit swimmers are fast on the bike.
Run - 4 loops. Through lovely forest. Deceptively challenging. Technical. Lumpy and on challenging surface. One to die for/on (depending on your personal inclination). You will be overtaken as you will most likely blow up having spent yourself trying (and failing) to keep up with the fast cyclists.
For QIM the number of loops on bike & run is 2 ('doh), the swim one is shorter.
Here's the course info on their website (in Polish):
http://triathlonsierakow.pl/info/trasyHands down the best organised race I've taken part in. People *will* go out of their way to help you deal with the clusters you hit them with (this year: disc without a tub, left behind chip, etc.). Awesome support - not just from competitors' friends and families, but also folks out on their front porches cheering you on as you whizz past on your lovely Argon18.
