Maybe it was premonition Ade as it says IronMan clearly in front of me and there is a beer in front of you (0% Alc of course as you are an athelte!!). i was just demonstrating the importance of listening at the race pre brief... honestly i was, no fear in them eyes... OK maybe a little :)

Inspirational, Sean. Amazing effort and really impressed with you being so sorted with your race plan, then executing it perfectly.

You make Ironman sound routine... rather than being the preserve of complete fucking idiots. :lol: :lol: :lol: Great performance and a brilliant report, annotated accordingly.
I had fun once. It was awful.

FAO Admins: I really wish reports that made Ironman sound appealing would be deleted to prevent temptation. Can this be arranged please?
