happy new year everyone!! We're back from honeymoon and we had a ball! I managed to start IM training while away with some lovely early morning trail runs. I deliberately didn't take my polar so just running on feel and time which was really refreshing. So now it's time for the first Sunday brick session of the year after which I'll sit down with a diary and sort out my IM plan...
brick dnf... 1.5hrs on the turbo and had to call the wat after 8miles a usual route but probably the hardest run I've done for ages.. start, stop, start, stop... ah well, at least it's a peg in the ground.
1.5hrs on the turbo and 8 mile run Is that not a little too much for a first brick session back? Well done for even attempting that (or however much more the run should have been)
