Ian, here's a draft copy of my training plan for your proof reading...

Day 1 - tv
Day 2 - sort kids out
Day 3 - grab a run between family dramas
Day 4 - argue with wife (over something kids have done)
Day 5 - think about and maybe plan a long run/ride but DON'T actually do it.
Day 6 - bike to the shop for a paper
Day 7 - rest day, look after kids whilst the wife does the swimming section of your plan

And repeat until event!

I think its a winner and should keep me in Lego for years!

I've sent you 40,000 euros. Well, it works for Michele Ferrari.

And you thought tri was expensive...

Super Star Destroyer retails for £349.99, you do get free shipping though.

The Super Star Destroyer Executor has arrived! This jaw-dropping vessel is the personal flagship of Darth Vader, and serves as command ship at both the Battle of Hoth and the Battle of Endor. With its classic dagger-shaped design, the Executor is among the largest and most powerful vessels in the Star Wars galaxy. With over 3,000 pieces, measuring nearly 50 inches (124.5 cm) long and weighing nearly 8 pounds (3.5 kg), every aspect of this fantastic LEGO® Star Wars model impresses. Includes 5 minifigures: Darth Vader, Admiral Piett, Dengar, Bossk and IG-88.

Globally dominating Canada

I've got the Lego Technic Supercar (8880)

1343 pieces of technical Lego goodness. My lad nearly sh&t himself when I brought it home then spent a week building it.

Working V8 engine, 4 speed gearbox, 4x4 drive, 4 wheel steering :o , flip up headlights... it is completely awesome.... and its now gathering dust while the Xbox gets hammered.

I've got some Lego Star Wars stuff on e-bay at the moment, too.
I had fun once. It was awful.
