Dale & co - LEJOG done

Postby IanM » 03 Jun 2013 12:19

Some of you may know of Dale, he was at the relays in the first year that the BCTTT attended. This morning him and a few others have completed a 10 day LEJOG raising cash for Macmillan (https://www.justgiving.com/bettyswolloxendtoend/), having done it on relatively little training in the run up to it. You can see the volume here - http://app.strava.com/athletes/1580619.

I had thought of pestering him to write one - would be a very good read. I'll work on him when he's back home ;)

Well done, the LEJOG often rears its head on the forum every so often so it would be good to have the positives, negatives and should haves written down.
Extinction is the rule. Survival is the exception.
