Despite following Woody's HM training plan. Which consisted of one 7min/km 6km on thursday ( after which he promptly threw up :D  ). He today completed Wokingham HM in horrendous conditions.

Great effort Scotty. Just making the start line was a huge achievement.

Seconded... :D

Did the race myself and can comfirm that the weather was atrocious. Never been so cold at the end of a race before; hardly had the feeling in my fingers to press the stop button on my Garmin.

Anyone who got round that on effectively no training deserves more than a slap on the back... Was he running as you, Adrian, or did you run as well?

Well done Scotty, and well done to Tritans and Clump ( who was probably showered changed and in the pub just finishing his second pint and plate of pie and chips off when they finished )
