FIt Kit Pro

Postby S11 » 15 Nov 2012 10:18

Bought my fit kit pro last christmas and its been ace for core and strength but I've been limited on the number of excercise by what I could find on you tube. The web-sites was supposed to release further core exercises but nothing as of yet.

So I dropped the guys at FK Pro an email to ask when they would be releasing them and I got a really nice email back apologising and that they would be updating the web-site soon but in the meantime they have just chucked me the a freebie to cover all the rugby core exercising - which I had seen some on you-tube and they look nails.

So big up to FK Pro....

Nice one! I've been umming and arring about getting one of these. Just worried it'll end up dusty and unused in the cupboard under the stairs.

Easy to use? And how often do you use it? And for how long?

I use it twice a week at the moment but I intend to use it more in the winter. The good thing is that if I'm away with work then I can take it with me and use it hotel room or wherever I'm staying.

I was worried it would end up being not used but its quite the opposite and I always feel like its a good session afterwards. Even if its just 20mins it doesn't matter - you can target a specific set whether it be legs/ arms/ chest etc.

It just jams in behind a door and away you go.

Be aware - the first couple of sessions will destroy you as they are hard going. Espec the press-ups and the pikes.... they hurt like hell

If you're stuck for ideas, have a look at the TRX video channel

I've been dropping some sizeable hints to the WAT officer that I'd like one for Xmas. Fingers crossed she relays the message to Santa

Have already mentioned to her that she should get in touch first, as per our chat earlier this year Steve - fingers crossed!

the snowdome fitness has TRX . Plus if you joined you would have use of the swimming pool all part of the membership. May work out cheaper... just saying ;) :D
