For blitzing the competition and beating 12 others to her promotion as paramedic Team Leader.
She had a mutli choice paper, an essay paper, a group discussion, Trauma ALS, Paed ALS, ( and other moulages) and a panel interview over the course of two weeks!!!!.
She did very well ( can you tell I'm proud of her)

Thankfully not - she is by rank but we work on different complexes ( different amb stations run by different management)
We never work the same shifts for childcare reasons but if we did and we met on a job then she would be the "senior clinician".
