I was giving my Mavic Cosmic Carboners* a clean last night - including taking the cassette off and completely degreasing it, almost as though they were about to get fitted to something new and monstrously beautiful.... err... anyway...
I noticed that one of the spokes on the rear wheel, non-drive side is somehow rotated 90 degrees. It is touching against the carbon fairing a bit but not badly.
But how could/would that happen? Is it safe to just get some pliers and twist it straight? It has seemingly rotated at both ends so is completely sideways rather than twisted. Any ideas? Am I about to have a snapped spoke?
It might help if I post a pic when I get back to Bopo Towers.
*see if Kevy spots that.
