All is becoming clear!
Getting a bit worried about the popularity of the evening 10 that I want to do on Wed - lots of warnings on the cycle club website (and their fb group) about need to get there early as its likely to be popular and entries will be limited. Really want to do it... may need to leave kids home alone ( :shock: ) or deposit youngest at the office with him indoors to get my fix...

Damn this popularity, one local tri club had 59 riders turn up for their evening TT the other week.
Take kids with you, leave in car playing with their phones, iPads etc, you'll only be twenty four minutes, they won't realise you've gone and come back.
Extinction is the rule. Survival is the exception.
