I was complaining to my PT that I wasn't getting any fitter as I was still struggling up the hill* in first gear and being knackered at the top and she couldn't work it out as I'm definitely improving in sessions. Then Mr TST bought me the pump and we realised how flat they were! Next day I stormed up the hill* in third with no problems at all
Hadn't realised how much different having some air in the tyres would make
*technical note: I am calling it a hill, but those of you who live near proper hills would probably call it flat
