Bike build

Thought I'd chart my bike build

The 800g frame is being custom sprayed - delayed due to the need for exact colour matching.

Ordered a 2015 Campag Chorus Groupset from Mike which I'll pick up at the end of Jan ( still feeling faint from the price - overtime needed to pay for it)

Just got delivered my seat post - told myself there little point in going for a super light frame then lobbing on heavy components ! Lol

Decided on Fizik finishing kit. Italian to match the Campag. Gone high end just for the weight. Planning on the whole bike coming in under 6.6kgs.

Saddle on way too [WINKING FACE] ImageImageImage

Going to see a Campag specialist mechanic to help with the build... The ergo levers are so expensive I seriously don't want to cock it up.

I'm a tad excited ! Lol

Mike is supplying a compact with an 11-29 which should see my climbing a lot better than my current set up.

Possibly a bit harsh ianm, when Ben is thinking of tackling something like hotw. No way would you do it on a 39x25.

I simply can't climb anything above 21% on my current bike without coming to a stop mid gradient
This will give me the range to go up and keep going
