I just tried to create a new thread and it worked fine, so I'd guess it's (erroneously) something to do with you being a non member. Something for the forum fairies to have a look at...

I just copied the 2014 post, added a new spreadsheet and updated all the links so not a big job but I've got it saved for when I'm allowed to post again :-)
