Yep, I think so, and will be a sort of basis for my winter training. I think his workouts would give you a solid foundation of training. The biggest differentiator would be if you had a PM, and could then do blocks of different sessions to see which you responded well too. Hoping to do that myself this Winter.

Get a coach. Honestly I think that's gonna be the best bang for buck given the range of objectives/things you wish to achieve...

No idea what they look like, but I know the guy who put them together. Absolutely mad about TTs and his training approach has clearly worked for him (latest 25 he did was a short 52).

If you decide to get coached, I can put you in touch with him too - he's based in New Malden.
