One of the instructors/coaches was Rod Hart who runs his own swim coaching clinics including a dry land clinic!

He does arrange to visit clubs etc ... so i got to thinking...
as a SW driven event/day/coaching clinic etc.... akin to will's BRILLIANT velodrome day last year ... we could hire Rick to travel to a suitable venue of our choice ... or we could go to Brighton and see him their but it may well be chepaer for him to come to us than all of us to cough for fuel top get all of us there etc. Or of course we could book a lane at a pool and he could do some video analysis for us there... or both ... or...
good idea? Stupid idea?
