Tarka is very much touch and go.

The bear is moaning about a broken foot.

The Jellies will probably be spectating (We need them to have sorted a data roaming package for key updates and photos of various key points (T1, T2 at the very least)).

I don't see any sign of live tracking though.

We have Mick's Norwegian mate on the entry list. Dunno if he is running...

Finally uploaded Garmin data to Strava etc. Interesting stuff. Looks like my fastest lap was actually lap number 3 (37:56). For Joddybear it seems to have been lap number 1 (37:13). But overall I posted a time a bit faster than the Bear (2:34:51 vs. 2:40:25).

The phrase I used when talking to ben was 'I went out much too hard and had to take myself outside after 2 laps and have a word with myself'

May have been just the thing you needed to finish below 6:30. If you had blown up on the bike there was no way you would have run the sub-3h half.

One day I will get my cycle to the stage where I have to tell myself I am cycling far too hard and need to slow down lol. if I don't have to quit cycling that is :-( Well done Artur. Your dedication to training has really paid off and can't wait to see what you do at the Vit.

And Jody, stick with the TTing and stuff. You're doing really well.
