Would like to point you towards a new, exciting and affordable Olympic distance triathlon for 2013.
Harwich runners are proud to bring back the Olympic triathlon on 18th August 2013
This race includes,
1500m sea swim from the blue flag beach of dovercourt
40 km fast bike leg through the district of Tendring.
10km flat and fast run leg which will be traffic free.

Plus £4 for a BTF licence.
This course really has some PB potential.
