couple of weeks away, my third go round at the localist race i have available.

regulation pool sprint tri - 400/20/5, based in calne.

oldbury white horse sprint tri

previous two attempts have been 1:06 and 1:01 i think. not sure i'll get that close to the latter at the moment.

1:01:49, not bad. Crap swim.
