Not yet. All going to depend on my knee. As well as my long-standing issues I now have a fat pad impingement. I've not cycled or run for over 2 weeks and swimming may be making it worse. Still, the physio said it wasn't serious and that it hurts a lot because there are a lot of nerves in the pad, rather than it being a mega problem. I've latched onto his positivity as stuff on the net isn't quite so positive about it.

i've been wondering whether I'd have to pull out of Poland and IM CH, but maybe there's some hope now. And as the 24hr thing is in September, there's possibly more hope for that than the other two. I've just not been running much

I want to do it, so will be there unless I really can't. (and then I'll probably come and encourage)
