be my guest ;) extra points for predicting which body part breaks... the running order (excuse the pun) is right knee, left shin, right foot :oops:

fingers crossed that didn't break me... not feeling on run form but very happy with 37mins with not much training. More core work needed as feeling a bit disjointed between top and bottom... aka daddy belly :D
