Great news.

A couple of ideas to think regarding race logistics and positioning of your kit.
At the swim exit there is a nice beach area for the canoe to pull into, with easy access, the lake isn't that big.

The run from transition to bike mount line, run start, is along a rocky path that is covered by mating, the roughness can rattle the bike and chains can come off, along with anything not attached properly.

It may be worth getting the organisers to allow you to have your bike and buggy etc on the grass at the end of the blue matting rather than in transition, plenty of space on the verge, you would just run through transition to cross the timing mats, get changed and meet your team at the end of the matting. This would give you a separate area so making it easier for you and others in the race.

Hope that helps.
