100 miles in April...

As part of my prep for IMCH this year I am intending to get as many sportives as I can under my belt I saw this http://www.downlandcycles.co.uk/springSportive.htm which i am intending on doing (the 100mile version) and wondered who else might be up for it.. so come on then, who's in?

Unfortunetly I'll be in France on Conehead's Beasting week.....

I'll also be doing some 100milers.. here is the one that I intend to do but I am scared of:

Been thinking about some of these for fun. I would guess no TTbikes/aerobars in the sportives, so these would give a good opportunity to practice long distance racing in the aero position. No drafting either :D !!

it looks great but no way am i travelling to kent for a 100 mile ride...lol

where can i find sportive events nearer to me??

andy, i'm doing the cheshire cat in march, and i believe paul mca is doing it as well. variety of distances to choose from.

i found it...28th march. i think i'll sign up but i'm only gonna do the 45 mile one...its 1 week after the half marathon so i'll need to be sensible.
