posting pictures -

I'm having problems posting pictures on the new forum.. or am I just being a muppet. is it the same process as before.. I insert the url of where the picture is posted and highligh it and click the IMG button?

is this correct?

ok so I've done it by attaching the file. below is the orginal idea but doesn't seem to work...

the attach upload is the easier way i think, but would affect the site bandwidth

i haven't tried the img tags yet, not sure if i'll be able to get them to work:

i can see it, can everyone else? i did it as scotty suggested, which is odd as i was expecting to get the same result he did.

but without the extra spaces.

Nope stil doesn't work, the URL function des but not the IMG function.. anyone else have this problems?

Yeap I can see it..it just doesn't work for me

if it helps, i took the path for the image from the right-click/properties, and then made sure i copied the whole path (it was over 3 or 4 lines on my screen).

Good Call Ris, it looks like the URL I was suing was a shortened version. strange as it was the URL Hotmail give me..
