first run tempo sesson since last october, i've either been crocked, on holiday or doing long steady stuff.
it was a 5mi session with 3mi at tempo and the other two for wu/cd. my calves hurt like anything now!
i hope it gets easier, please tell me this gets easier! i've got a rest day tomorrow (off to cardiff with the fambly) and then probably an 8mi steady on sunday, if i get the ability to stand up without wincing. lots of stretching tonight, i think.
