Training for my first HIM I thought it best to run 20km as a long one. After having a couple of beers with family the night before.

In unfamiliar territory along the Liverpool/Manchester canal, I got into difficulty.

Do bears shit in the woods? No idea, but Bopos certainly do, then have to hunt around for sufficiently large leaves.

JB is wise. Take toilet roll EVERYWHERE.

I once had to sacrifice my undies as I couldn't find any leaves on a bit of waste ground just near the blackwall tunnel, I have also once used a sock for the same reason (not in the same place or the same run)

Goodness me, you poor unfortunate souls. I once had to DIY as my butler was off sick. Horrendous experience. Needless to say he was sacked upon his return to work and a bidet was installed which uses filtered unicorn tears, heated to 37°C and gently blow dried

If it's raining toilet paper will just get soggy and mushy, baby wipes probably best bet :D
