I want to try some shorter cranks having read a lot about the benefits, so looking for some 165mm ones.

Needs to be Shimano cos that's what I have, preferably 105 or better, but I'm not precious about that as it's a trial really. And standard (130BCD).

I can either pay, or swap, I've various cranks all 172.5...

I've never bought from this site, but I was having similar musings the other day and someone pointed me towards this site:

http://www.cnc-bike.de/advanced_search_ ... fd&x=0&y=0

Apparently reputable and do a good service but don't take my word for it.

Top tip! Cheers Ewan.

I've ordered from other German sites in the past, but hadn't found that one, they've often got good deals, and so far all been really good service.

CNC-bike have got a 6600 chainset 165mm for 50 Euros! Sorted!

EDIT - Ah 24Euros for postage isn't so good :-(

Tritans and myself were only talking about this last week as he'd ordered some things from a German website. When I say 'things', they were Lycra based and quite a tight fit

I'd have thought leather/ BDSM from Germany rather then lycra

I placed an order with the CNC company, but there's no online checkout/ payment, it looks like they will message me with payment details for a bank transfer... :?

I think that that's reasonably standard practice in Germany even if it seems a bit odd here...
