My Brother gave me this as he got a couple to try out when he went walking in Norway. It's unused although no tags and it comes in it's own little drawstring bag with a velcroe strap to secure it to a belt, webbing, rucksack etc

I'm just not going to use it.

It says its showerproof, windproof & very fast drying

I don't think it's fully waterproof like a cycling specific jacket would be
