Almost as an excusey as knocking an hour off your ride because it was all coldy and windy.

Touche. In my defense I was in bib shorts and had no cap on. Woke up with the onset of a cold this morning, which I can't afford to get right now, much as I would love a lie in.

Just found out why Lloyds performance wasn't as expected.
He'd done 70km @ 32kmh in the morning :-(

Precisely. :-)

Pace wasn't brisk, btw - Z1/2 throughout. I'm getting faster you see. :D Really wonder what time I'll clock in at the 10k in two weeks' time - haven't run in anger for a long while.
