I've saved reading this for over a month, for a time when I needed some inspiration, and boy have I got it.
A really incredible achievement even more so considering your training regime, not a game of badminton in sight !! Do you not no long distance training protocol.
Can't wait to see the coverage.
Also enjoyed the "they must be mad" part.
