excellent result there buddy, as for losing how to strip the wetsuit - i can give some pointers on how to manage to go from about 5 mins in an IM T1 to about 11 if you'd like

Absolutely loving it at the moment. The not training at all thing is working for me at the moment on the enjoyment factor. Chomping at the bit to get back into but have the small matter of a 66.5km MTB race to get out of the way. Then it's in to training for an off-road duathlon winter season! Main focus at the moment is more nutrition to shed some kgs. If I can do that then I'll race even better.

Yeah - Hoping to have a good showing at Portsmouth OD.
