That was a great swim time and I clinging to the belief that the conditions affected the bike time this year (although I could be clutching at straws here).

And the run, well we both know that there should be no place for running in Tri. It should be replaced with something much more suitable, like skate boarding.

That would be a frightening sight!
Will take some bravery pills, and try to get my arse in gear to try a TT (nice local 10 available if I can ever free up a Wed evening, and overcome fear of those wearing colour co-ordinated lycra.... oops, that's me now, isn't it...)
