Calves still tight? For goodness sakes don't turn it into a proper strain. Fitness is there, lack of injury is the focus now?
I had fun once. It was awful.

No Bopo calves OK now, just takes ages to clear any injuries

By the way think this predictive text on my phone is a Kevy. Type in jus and gives jism or anus !

Just caught up on this. Another well done! Different course but a good result none the less! As Brother Bopo says, an easier swim can pay dividends on the bike, providing you remember to pace the bike....
