Bopo you great oaf you baited me into forgetting to say well done to Ccs for her excellent performance.

Thoroughly well deserved . I am really chuffed for you.

A friend has asked if the weight loss was down to the sugar reduction or increase in training or both. Not that I'm interested in doing a 25min 5 km. Nope not at all.

Excellent work. Über impressed at the running off the bike. I think it's safe to say, you're officially no longer a plodder...

A pretty good loot too!

Think it is indeed the sugar or lack thereof as training volume is much as last year.
You could suggest your friend try the 'pie and pints' diet?

Now back to the Bopo/Tritans handbags at dawn

Poor Dawn I say!

Well done CCS - Excellent result.

I found it great going back to an event I'd already visited a real good measure of how things have improved (I'd say changed now, but you get my point) - but 9th! good going :)

Hope people don't make comments about my bum/belly

Well done Clare. Only just read this but great work on the AG win! Sounds like all the bike training is paying dividends all around.
