Am feeling marginally better, which is a bonus. The antibiotics have started working - Yay!
92 Days free from sweets and chocolate
18 Days free from Biscuits
And as a result of all the meds I'm on
8 Days free of alcohol

Trousers feeling slack but cba to get weighed. Other things to worry about.

Hopefully will be in a fit state to start physio again soon.

Beatrice's birthday tomorrow, which is going to be AWESOME! :D

So make the alcohol a thing of the past then.... That'll save loads of calories

Glad to hear your feeling better

She's getting the Monster High Di-ner - she's been after it for ages!
And some makeup, books and games.
It's tricky deciding what to do for Birthday and what for Christmas....
Can't wait to see her face when she opens it!

Awesome day yesterday for Beatrice's Birthday.
She had a fantastic time :-D

206.2 np
Amy's really worried about me - she says I've lost too much weight since I've been ill. About 4lbs or so in a week, I think (she seems to think more) - The reason she's worried is that I haven't been exercising, or eating sensibly.
In fact, my eating's gone a bit awry (although still maintaining my targets of no sweets/choc/biscuits).
I feel really run down and lethargic and apparently I spend most days looking like a ghost.
So off to the Doc again.
I'm fairly sure Amy's already decided I'm dying, as that's a massive fear for her. I'm fairly sure I'm just suffering from something in addition to the prostatitis and am a bit run down.

Glad Bea's day was great, remember that last year birthday celebrations got spoiled quite badly.

What's your diet like? Iron deficiency a possibility?

Apparently another virus and if it's not gone by Friday they'll do bloods.
In the meantime they told me to rest.
To which I did this:

On the plus side, I'm approaching the end of the year lighter than when I started it.
On the down side, I'm a lot more broken and as far away from training as ever.
I have no idea what the next year holds, but I have a feeling that IM is a long, long way away.
I currently am entered in to the Outlaw half, but have a feeling that I won't make it.
I'm a bit gutted tbh.
However, next year I'd settle for being able to train a bit and do a shorter race. I miss it. Quite a lot.
As soon as my shoulder's sorted, I can't wait to hit the pool again!
And then I'll knacker my right shoulder ;-)

Have managed to encourage myself into physio for last two days and walked the dog both days.
I'm feeling marginally better after a month of feeling chronic.
Thoroughly enjoyed the walk tbh.
Have also just doubled my happy dose, so am expecting the effect to kick in in about 3 weeks or so.
Fingers crossed.

Wore hrm on the walk today to see what hr was like compared to maf aerobic zone (117-127).
Not far off really - Avg hr was 115. Max hr was 134.
The outcome - walking a little bit faster should get me into the aerobic zone.
Which means that walking officially counts as training - Yay!
I'd like to get up to an hour every other day. I think that would help mentally and physically.
