Shame the juice hasn't helped. Cherry juice and the Twilight app has definitely worked for me. My sleep over the last week has been much improved to the previous 3 weeks.

GWS!

Still feeling rubbish, but am going to go for a verti run and see how I get on.
The stretching will do me good, if nothing else.
There's 8 weeks to the aquacycle - and I started training off really well last week with no swimming or biking.
Awesome.
Am starting IF again today. It worked well before, so seems worth a second bash.
Have put the following back on the NO list:
Sweets
Chocolate
Biscuits/Cookies
I'm struggling a lot at the moment with a variety of stuff and have fallen back into old habits.
The 'all things in moderation' approach doesn't work, as it doesn't seem to understand grey areas. So I'm putting things in black and white.
And on non F days, I will make sensible choices.
That is the aim, anyway.
Aims for the week. By Sunday I will have:

1. Reached 207lb
2. Completed two verti-runs
3. Completed two 30m turbo sessions
4. Been swimming once.

That might not seem like much, but the way I'm feeling right now it will be quite a challenge.
I've done DNF. I've done DNS.

On the sleep front, have you tried Valerian?
I have a mug of valerian tea most nights, and find it really helps with sleep (though it does make one of the cats positively hyperactive if he sniffs the dregs...)

To anyone with a pre/early teen girl, this sounds like something involving vampires...

Not just limited to teens, my wife also loves the series, despite it being utterly appalling.

The app is this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... ndroid.lux

Tried to find some valerian tea yesterday - failed.
Sleep was utter rubbish.
However, on the plus side, successfully completed a 24hr fast yesterday.
205.4np
Had a bit of a headache, but aside from that, all was good.
Still feel like cack.
Am trying something called feroglobin, which Howard recommended - couldn't make me worse, eh?

Heading in the right direction.
Still have chest infection, so no training at all.
Week at Martin House next week, so hopefully I'll perk up a bit.

Face the size of a melon yesterday on my right side - in loads of pain.
Managed to get in to see a Doc - bacterial infection - Yay! Covering my sinuses, and throat. Awesome. No wonder I've been feeling like shit.
Antibiotics already seem to be working their magic, which is good.
Hopefully once they've kicked the bug out I'll be able to get back to doing some form of training.
Goals I set for this week have all not been met except for one.
Aim was to lose three pounds. Start of the week, 210.2 - weight today 207.2. Hurrah!
