Funny - after the Sieraków middle you aren't the only person to say that

Might have to knuckle down and actually do some

My race report will make funny reading as I'm telling how little training I actually did. It's shocking

Just twisted my knee. Some horrible grinding noise followed by swelling behind knee and inability for full Flexion. Low grade pain so praying that drugs work

Not happy :-(

Just like that or doing something stoooopid?

My knee still hasn't fully recovered after Sieraków - I think I might have torn the quad at one of the insertion points or sth as the knee's been sore the last 5-6 days. Rest week came just in time.
