Good work and keep on it 8-) What foods have you changed - swapping the cheesy chips for deep fried Mars Bars?

Tritans' weight is heading in the right direction too...towards that of a small planet

Just switched different carbs, replaced Oatcakes with rice for certain meals, and reduced the amount of heavy meats (Steak), Plus the addition of a Veg Smoothie at night to ensure I get my fill of the green stuff.

Blimey, this is hard work, I am now under 14.5% BF and have managed to break under the 200lbs barrier (after about 4 weeks of hovering around the mark).

Due back in with the PT on Tuesday, and there should be a big switch up in my training programme. There will be a big push then to the final hurdle, he is away for all of August so I have to try and shift another 11lbs by the end of September, but I have done 22lbs so far so I will try my best.

Hooray, finally managed to break the 14 st barrier today - I hit 14 st for the relays which was the plan, but finally managed to shift another 0.5lbs !!!! to break the barrier.

I possibly should have done it sooner, but got quite ill just after the relays so my training suffered, and on occasion so did the diet. Need to see if I can shift another 2 lbs in the next 2 weeks - not much hope but I will try my hardest, to keep the smile on my PT's face.

So as it stands:
Currently 13st 13.5 lbs or 195.5 lbs or 88.86 kg
Current Loss: 24.5 lbs or 11.14 kg
Target 13 st 6 lbs or 189 lbs or 85.91 kg

So just 7.5 lbs to gol Let me tell you it is not easy when you get to this phase of getting rid of those last few lbs, everything you eat makes a major difference, and once I get there I then have to start conditioning my body to stay at that level.

Training has pretty much stayed the same programme throughout the last 5 months, as my PT says if it is working why change it.

On holiday in November, so would like to be at my target by then - fingers crossed.
