And a garage.

Good point! Us londoners are a bit lacking in garages, or space in general come to think of it!

Plenty of space in the water. Oh, hang on, maybe there isn't for you ;)

Now you mention it, I'm sure I've got an old watch in mine... Harrison I think it says on it. Got it as part of a house clearance.

Anyone know if it's worth anything?

Ok - so 3 days into the new job, and the training is becoming a struggle now.

I am unable to train in the morning, as I am unwilling to get up at 4.30am to workout prior to heading out for a days work, I previously had to start at 0845 in a job that was 15 mins away, I now have to start at 0700 in a job that is 40mins away - the perils of getting a real job

So my training has now switched to the evenings, which is tough to get motivated for and also to fit in with my eating plans sometimes having to train at 2000 for an hour and half, then pretty much straight to bed - luckily I am back in with the PT on Friday so a switch up in my program should be forthcoming.

TBC......

So visited my PT on Friday, and we had a good chat about my progress, lost around another 3-4bs - weighed in at 14st 9lbs but as this was at 1700 and my initial reading was at 1000 he calculated that the difference should be another 1 - 2lbs - It was decided to switch my program up, to try and boost a 2lb per week loss. My new job had thrown my training into turmoil - just too tired to give 100% at 2000 each evening, so I have made the decision to continue with early morning sessions 0500 before work.

My nutrition has stayed the same, just got it re-enforced what to eat and when, timings are sometimes as short as 5mins between servings.

I also had a chat about the forthcoming website - it is planned for a golive date in November, prior to it being published in Mens Health and all those other fitness mags, this is to prevent him being innundated with enquiries from day 0. He has people already lined up from all over the world to go, so if you are interested, I would drop him an email for further details - The initial plan at the moment is for you to sign up for a minimum term of 3 months, this will give you access to a tailored plan and weekly updates (you will be required to submit your weight / measurements on a weekly basis) to ensure your program is working correctly. This is not yet confirmed but it is the method he will probably be trialling to start with.

Currently at the 8 week point, although I call it more 6 weeks as the first 2 weeks were spent getting all the food and training equipment I needed to start this journey.

I will try and get some pictures uploaded this week.

Watch this space......
