50 sit up
50 burpees

20 single leg squats ( 10 each leg - heal to bum)

getting slowly back to some semblance of fitness..... dont think doing nothing last year helped :D

Enjoying myself

Rets day imposed

Legs sore. Sensible Ben says Chillax on nights. Too much too soo = Broken ben.

good news is that after yesterdays run my ankles and knees feel ok.

Hope these Nike free trainers are good for me. Feels strabge underfoot as you can feel them spread out as you strike the ground. I like em

Light too but zero support. Time will tell how they go when my runs go over the hour mark or on uneven ground.

If I do 5k Plus in barefoot shoes on the road i know about it. Legs feel beaten up

If it isn't hurting, it's probably ok.

That's my theory too Jack although theory is fine until my inherently rubbish knee gives up the ghost !

Was going to cycle to work. Woke up at 2pm

The wind was incredible.

Literally bending the trees in my garden/ the BBQ cover has gone!! blown somewhere!

Gave up on cycling and drove instead.

Noting done for 2 days. Gym today ( its not 0028hrs and 6hrs to go at work then I have 3 hrs sleep before i have to get up)

Rubbish

Smashed the hell out of my head. Was gonna go to the gym today but had a genuinely strange dizzy spell that had me laying on the floor with me feet on the edge of the bath. Chill time.

Out the loop for a few days and taking the ironkid to Oxford everyday to Footsteps so busy busy busy.

This place is incredible ! Really.

I'm happy I've changed my approach to training. I now train when I can, when I want to for the right reasons.

Head hurts.

Run with ewZn in his new buggy.

5km over Epsom downs and then home

5.01kms in 26 mins 47 seconds

Felt pretty easy tbh so I'm rather pleased.

Buggy is superb. Was going cycling with him but I've lost the bloody bike attachment so gotta get another one sent to me.
