I prefer traditional myself  It's how I was taught by Mummy Young as she was a professional secretary who began her trade on a 'sit up and beg' stylee typewriter and she did all that shorthand stuff

jonathon.e: You should have a top-tips thread - there are a few tri gems you've posted recently and would be good for rookies (and those of us who are marginally better than useless) to refer to 8-)

Thank you for those kind words Kev and Will, when I first thought of doing a training log I decided that rather than put down what I did, I would include some ideas that may be useful to others. Ideally, these would then be discussed, may be used but preferably modified by each individual to suit there best needs, a point that hopefully I will put in my next training entry.

I would hate to be seen as someone forcing there ideas on others, so I decided against " a good ideas thread ". A good debate means nobody gets left out. These suggestions are just ones that I have picked up over the years and hopefully are helpful.

Always helpful!
And tbh, wished I listened to you a lot more. I seem to suffer from "inoneearouttheother" syndrome.....
