right, enough is enough... a month on from ironman and I seem to have turned into a teenager.. hoovering food, binge drinking and sitting on my @rse. In one month I've already put on my winter plumage meaning a run on Sunday that I would have breezed only a month ago was like climbing everest... the run was flat
motivation to do anything structured simply isn't there and rightly so. However, I need to get back on it, sort out my swimming and have a little fun with training.
No ironman next year but Wensleydale and Day In the Lakes are already entered. When entry opens, Helvellyn will be on the list too, so it's going to be a year of lactate loonacy.
