Hmmm not sure what to say - first weigh in, and I'm down to 19st 1.5lbs it's been a while getting to that so I'm not sure the scales are behaving as I've only had two days on plan I'd have not attributed such a drastic change - it could be though.

Anyhoo loaf was "ok" bit of a hiccough - I think I'll start a post in the nutrition bit as bops wants to read how the craft baking (I said craFT!) is done/not done.

Other big news... I WILL get back to the gym today at some point will not be a great experience as I'm full of head cold.

No mistake - you'll be losing a lot of water weight in the first couple of weeks; same happened to me. Less processed food = less uncontrolled salt intake = lower water retention = rapid weight loss.

Nice going!

Still not moving enough - although I'm hoping a book delivery from our very own IanM (the time crunched cyclist) will get me back out on the bike.

However, fit nat is storming along nicely:

Since I started trying again properly I have lost a stone :D :D , and about half of that is in the past week of fitnat and the most fat loss has come from the past week on fitnat with 0.4% loss so my BF% now sits at 42.3% which is (to coin a phrase that has no value/meaning) "the lowest since records began".

I'm just happy to be losing weight and feeling so much better "in myself", as the weight comes down I'm hoping to feel more confident and able to get out and about walking/running/cycling/swimming...

Very good.

There is nothing* that isn't made easier by losing the flab. So the fact that you are not moving as much as you would like is countered by the weight loss. And it will all get easier.
