Thanks, I celebrated this morning I had some "Bloaf" I think that's the term have to check with Jack... with pilchards on.

Not really a celebration more of a crap... what can I have with me celebratory pilchards

onward and upwards - chickpea curry for lunch

A dietary challenge again tonight - off to see the wildhearts and hey! hello! at wolves - I'm excited about this but am well aware of the dangers this can bring for me... beer on tap, excellent music, good company... self restraint required.

I invented another new word today: "Dioxymoron".

Actually, it's so good, I bet someone else has already invented it. However:

An Oxymoron is something that juxtaposes two contradictory statements, e.g. Living Dead, Military Intelligence, Mechanic Flavadave.

A Dixoxymoron is something that contains an extra contradictory statement.. So three things, all mutually contradictory.

I am particularly proud of this.

Jack, what are you in about?
Willy, how did last night go? Whatever the damage, it's key to get straight back to eating well...

Dioxymoron - - I'll add it to the dictionary

Scibby - damage I'd say was minimal :D

Left for gig having had: chickpea and chicken curry for lunch, and a baked potato with smaller than my normal (probably a large portion if I'm honest though) of cheese and some salad for tea. Had a great time - drank no beer as I drove in the end meaning I couldn't: It didn't bother me. Had a great time. I did pinch a couple of chips off the people we gave a lift to - they wanted to get some "dirty food" from the van - I stood there twitching thinking I'll have myself a healthier snack when I get in...

Got in sorted out baby sitters (mom n dad) and then sorted the dog... Kel went to bed and I stood looking at the kitchen door (sad but true) I knew full well that we'd be talking massive calorie dense useless junk just before bed if I went back in - eventually after what seemed like an eternity (probably about 15-30 secs :D) I turned and headed off to bed.

So all in all happy with that - got to see Hey! Hello!, Von Hertzen Brothers, and The Wildhearts -

Off to see Jim again today so fish and a few veg and followed with some fruit for breakfast - plenty of water.

Excellent work! It's be able to stop before the fridge door and before the junk food session begins that's key... Week done...

Cheers it read well, interesting results on a slight reprogramming of language

I made the gym 3 times last week, weights went up but failed on the overhead press, will retry this week and deload 10% if needs be.

Not sure this is sensible but I've offered my services for a team at the sundowner middle, hoping to get the details sorted but it'll involve me doing a HM, all good
