w/c 5th September 2011
Planned Training:-
Tuesday - 30min run
Thursday - Cycle to work and back
Friday or Saturday - base swim set (tbc).
Sunday - 1hr bike 30min run brick

This weeks goal - is to complete all four planned sessions.

Thought it time to draw some conclusions.

First thing to say is I didn't make every session, but I'm pleased at what I did do, I took stock and listened to my body about what it wanted / didn't want. That is not to say I didn't have to force myself out yesterday - I did, and one of the positives was that I finally listened to myself and got out for an hours ride. It was more about saying to myself ok I've done the one hour ride I really really cannot do the run right now as my knees were sore etc.

I am a bit narced at missing the swim but time and cost really were the deciding factors.

All in all I'd say a good week with the positives definitely being getting out and doing 66.5% of training sessions this week is the most positive I've done training wise in a good long while. The noteable experience was feeling good on the ride home on Thursday, averaging ~16mph for the first 75% of it, I think it evened out around 14-15mph avg. and overtaking someone whilst going uphill which I've never managed before.

I'll get this weeks metrics tonight and think about the plan, but it'll be mostly up-front this week as I am working on site the latter part of the week.

Last weeks update:-
Wednesday - Cycle to work and back
Thursday/Friday - A swim
Saturday - 30min run
Sunday - 1hr bike 30min run brick

Not such a good week in sessions hit, managed an ~40min run on the Tuesday which was good, but that was it. That said work was pretty busy toward the end of the week as I knew but family life kicked in a little too. All those excuses aside I didn't do too much, but this week should be different am pretty much without car so will be cycling to work which is good.

w/c 19th September 2011
Planned Training:-

Monday - Cycle Commute
Tuesday - Cycle Commute
Wednesday - Cycle Commute
Thursday - Cycle Commute
Friday - Cycle Commute

This weeks goal is to survive and maybe get a run in somewhere.

This weeks metrics (tbc):
    Weight:16st 13lb
    Body Fat percent:39.8
Hydration percent at time of Recording:43.9

Sos - a 1-7 is a hideous turbo training session. Its a sort of pyramid set that when you get off the turbo, you either faint or be sick.... take your pick
